Phase 3, Sanitat Valenciana has applied to the Spanish government for the whole of the community of Valencia to enter in phase 3 on Monday 15th June. This will allow travel anywhere in the 3 provinces of Aliicante, Valencia and Castelon, Also there will be no special hours for the elderly and restaurants can use 75% of their terraces as long as there is a distance of 2 metres between tables. Swimming pools and sports centres can open to 30% capacity. The government is formulating a plan for the new normal after the State of Alarm ends at the end of June. This new normal will have no time limit and will continue until there is an effective treatment. Social distancing will be reduced to 1.5 metres or just under 5 foot. Masks will need to be worn in public transport, and in enclosed spaces where a distance of 1.5 metres can not be maintained. There has been no evidence of resurgence in Spain during the de-escalation.
